Pilot Schools needed
|
We are looking for some dynamic UK maths departments to pilot our 10ticks whole school, online maths course. More details on request. We would like a mixture of Primary and Secondary schools to take part. There is no cost involved, but expect full participation in the pilot. We expect this to be live in the next fortnight for the pilot schools to start trialling, ready for the new year in September.
We expect this to be popular and will limit the number of schools to 20 in the test pilot. Those who have bought the greatest range of material from us in the past will be given preference.

Level 1 and 2 worksheets availabler
|
Our new Level 1 (407 pages) and Level 2 (460 pages) worksheets are written for a variety of teaching styles. Included are additional Year 1 (303 pages) and Year 2 (240 pages) worksheets referenced to the Primary Framework as set out on the National Strategies Website. This is an opportunity for Primary Schools to enjoy the materials that so many Secondary Schools already use successfully.
In a survey of Heads of Maths, 99% would recommend the worksheets to a colleague in another school. 82% said the use of the worksheets had contributed to an increase in the standard of teaching in their schools.
Over 1.5 million pupils (45%) of UK Secondary Schools are using 10ticks maths worksheets.

Primary School bundles only available to Primary Schools or schools with less than 100 pupils in total.
This is a one-off fee, no recurring licence fee, offering great value for money. Worksheets are personalised for your school and come on a CD-Rom. They can be put on an intranet and shown on electronic whiteboards as well as printed out/photocopied.
VLE Licences also available. This is an add-on to the School Licence. Worksheets are supplied in 1-page pdf format. This Licence allows you to place the worksheets on your school VLE system.

Blog, blog and more blogs

You can now create you very own blog free of charge on the 10ticks website. Login and go to your User area. You will see Blog on the left hand menu.
It is simple to use and you will have your very own blog up and live in minutes. Could you become the next 'Confessions of a Teacher'?
We are allowing 1000 free blogs. We have a use it or lose it policy. If a Blog is left unused/unaltered for more than 3 months we will delete it to allow other users the server space for their Blogs.
