Sixteen Coins
Take 16 coins and arrange them into four columns, with heads and tails alternating as shown below:



Now rearrange the coins so each of the four vertical columns are the same, i.e. you have one column of heads, one column of tails, one column of heads and then finally a column of tails. The only restriction is you are only allowed to touch two of the sixteen coins!
