How do I modify my shopping cart?
You can modify the contents of your shopping cart anytime before you place an order
in the following ways:
Remove Item
Below each item in your shopping cart you will find a link called "REMOVE". To remove
an item simply click on this link.
How to make an order?
Simply click on each item you would like to buy and it will be added to the basket,
if you want more items, just click continue shopping. When you have finished selecting
all the items you want, just click checkout.
May I add any items to my order after I have placed the order?
Unfortunately you may not add any item(s) after you have completed your order. We
begin to fulfill your order as soon as it is placed. For logistical reasons, we
are not able to honour order modification requests.
What postage and packaging fees do you charge?
If you are within the UK excluding Channel Islands and Gribraltar, it is completely
free. If your are in the EEU or outside the EEU (including Channel Islands and Gibraltar),
then it depends where you are.

How is VAT charged?
VAT will always be added to orders received from companies/individuals based in
the UK and EEC. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. All other countries will not be
charged VAT. Chanel Islands and Gibralter (although part of the UK) are also exempt
from VAT. Customers from these countries should be registered as 'outEEC' and when
ordering choose the 'Rest of World' option for posting and packaging. Local taxes
may apply if VAT is not levied.
Do you accept overseas orders?
Yes! We accept orders from anywhere in the world.
Is the price the same for overseas orders ?
Yes and No! The price for a family licence shown includes VAT. This is charged for
all EU countries. If you are outside the EU the price is reduced by the shopping
cart and the VAT element (15%) not charged. There may be an import duty in you country
you have to pay. You also have to remember that there is a postage and packaging
charge for those outside the UK. See above.
What are my payment options?
If you are a school, you can choose to pay by invoice or credit card. If you are
a parent, you can choose to pay by cheque or credit card. Other than that, only
credit card payments are avilable.
Can I order by mail? By phone?
No!
Is it safe to give my credit card details?
To process our credit cards, we use SECPay as our payment service provider.
SECPay provide all the security required for the transmission and storage of card
details using SSL, encryption minimum 40 bit and firewalls.
I try to order packs and click on the 'buy now' button and the page just appears
to refresh. What is wrong?
There could be two possible causes for this:
1). You have a pop up 'killer' working. Switch this off and yoit will work.
2). Java isn't enabled on your computer (it should be the default setting).
Go to Internet explorer, Tools and Internet Options and click on the Advanced Tab.
Click on 'Restore Defaults'.
